My name is Lisa Daitz and I am a psychotherapist in North London offering counselling and psychotherapy in Palmers Green, Hadley Wood and Barnet. I believe that the way each of us makes sense of our lives affects the way we manage our own problems and issues. By becoming more aware of how we understand our own particular life and the difficulties we face, we begin to see greater choice and freedom.
